ARCHITECTURAL MODELING
Architectural modeling allows us to have a precise idea of the spaces we create, helps us to study different design options, and at very early stages of the project, allows us to make very simple program compliance checks as well as previous energy analyzes that help optimize designs.
STRUCTURAL MODELING
Structural modeling allows us to define in a precise way the structure of a building, link it with calculation programs, carry out previous analyzes of structural behavior, and take advantage of the full power of the BIM methodology, allowing to obtain amounts with planning tables, to have consistent information and well related, and facilitate the work of changes and modifications.
MEP MODELING
Without a doubt, in this discipline we find the most powerful advantages of using BIM. Through MEP modeling (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) we can clearly see how the installations of a project are developed before its execution, allowing analysis of interferences with architectural, structural or other installation elements, therefore minimizing design errors .
LINK TO MEASUREMENT PROGRAMS
We prepare the models so that they are linked to measurement programs (Archimedes or Presto), so that any modification to the model is automatically reflected in the corresponding heading. In this way we ensure that the models are "measured" accurately and without errors.
LINK WITH 4D AND 5D PROGRAMS
We prepare the models to link them with management programs such as Navisworks or Primavera, so that we can control the execution of the models from the point of view of the different tasks (Gantt), as well as from the point of view of the economic cost associated with the games. In this way we can plan the execution of the works in a precise way, both in terms of terms and costs.
